Yash Aggarwal
Partner — cross-border, corporate and technology law
Five years at the Delhi bar
Panel Counsel for the Union of India, Land & Building Department, before the High Court of Delhi, and for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
Counsel to companies and founders operating across borders — commercial contracts, corporate structuring, and the data and AI obligations that follow a business between jurisdictions.
He advises overseas clients entering India and Indian companies selling abroad: the agreements a business actually runs on, the structuring questions that come with a foreign parent or a foreign customer, and the point where the DPDP Act, the GDPR and the EU AI Act overlap. He holds an LL.M. in corporate law and is a doctoral researcher in technology law writing on algorithmic accountability in automated decision-making. Behind the advisory work is five years in court — contracts drafted by someone who has had to argue them, and compliance built by someone who has watched it fail under scrutiny.
