Sixteen years at the Delhi bar, much of it in criminal trial courts and in corporate-fraud prosecutions under the Companies Act.

Her practice runs from sessions trials in the district courts through to quashing and revision before the High Court, alongside a sustained civil, land-acquisition and service-law practice. She has conducted more than a hundred criminal matters before the district courts of Delhi.

Counsel to companies and founders operating across borders — commercial contracts, corporate structuring, and the data and AI obligations that follow a business between jurisdictions.

He advises overseas clients entering India and Indian companies selling abroad: the agreements a business actually runs on, the structuring questions that come with a foreign parent or a foreign customer, and the point where the DPDP Act, the GDPR and the EU AI Act overlap. He holds an LL.M. in corporate law and is a doctoral researcher in technology law writing on algorithmic accountability in automated decision-making. Behind the advisory work is five years in court — contracts drafted by someone who has had to argue them, and compliance built by someone who has watched it fail under scrutiny.

She manages trademark portfolios end to end, from availability searches through opposition and rectification.
