1. The short version

Nothing is set until you say so. On your first visit the site asks whether it may use Google Analytics. Until you answer, and if you decline, this site sets no cookies and sends no request to any third party. If you accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies described below.

2. If you decline, or have not answered

No cookies. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from this domain, so viewing a page sends no request — and therefore no IP address — to any external provider. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage under the key saya-consent, holding the single word granted or denied. Local storage is never transmitted to any server, including ours. It exists so you are not asked the same question on every page.

3. If you accept

Google Analytics 4 is loaded and sets the following cookies on this domain:

• _ga — a randomly generated identifier that lets Google Analytics tell one browser from another. Expires two years after it is last set.
• _ga_P2R8DN35HC — holds session state for this site's Analytics property. Expires two years after it is last set.

These tell the firm which pages are read, roughly where readers are, and how they arrived. They do not tell us who you are, and we do not combine them with anything you send us by email or telephone. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before storage. Google processes this data as our processor and under its own terms; data may be processed outside India, including in the United States.

Google Consent Mode is initialised in the denied state, so even before you answer, the tag transmits no identifiers.

4. Advertising

This site runs no advertising and carries no advertising pixels. If that changes, this policy will say so before any tag is added, and the consent question will cover it separately.

5. Changing your mind

Your choice is not final. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the stored preference and the question is asked again on your next visit. Declining after having accepted also stops any further collection; ask us at [email protected] if you would like the data already collected deleted, and we will ask Google to delete it.

6. Outbound links

If you click through to WhatsApp or LinkedIn you leave this site, and those services operate under their own cookie and privacy policies. We set nothing on your behalf when you do.

7. Changes to this policy

If the firm adds any further tool that sets cookies or collects personal data, this policy will be rewritten before the tool is added, and the consent mechanism extended where the law requires it.
